How to care for cloth liners and pads
Your cloth liners and pads should last you an average of at least 5 years, if not more, even with daily use. They are made to be machine washable and dryer dryable, so it's easy to keep them clean with minimal additional effort.

If you're out, bring your used pad home in a pouch. The pouch doesn't need to be waterproof as blood is viscous. Wash your pouch with your pads.
As soon as you can, soak your used pads in water with some laundry detergent added. The laundry detergent reduces the surface tension of water, which allows the water molecules to move into and between the pad fabric fibres more easily, removing the blood more quickly.
Discard to water and repeat. You might have to repeat this a few times and it can be conveniently done in the shower.

If there is a stain you can use a stain remover. The 3-in-1 stain remover bar is an all natural laundry treatment that fights stains, scrubs grime off hands. It's especially good on blood stains yet is gentle on hands. Manual friction from a stain remover bar will help dislodge blood particles. You can use your fingertip to work the stain remover in or gently rub the fabric of the pad together. Do not use anything abrasive like scrubs or scourers as those could break cloth fibres.
Once you have a few pads gathered, you give it a final soak in an oxygen-based fabric stain remover (for coloured laundry).
Launder as usual. Machine washing is recommended as it will wash with less effort and spin dry more effectively than handwashing. If you handwash, squeeze as much water out after rinsing without wringing the pad as twisting the pad could break stitches.
Please do not use fabric softener.
How to care for snack baggies, soap keepers or anything with a waterproof lining
Snack baggies, soap keepers, cutlery pouches, and snap button pouches – these products feature a pretty cotton exterior and a food-safe waterproof and greaseproof lining that is rated for hundreds of machine washes.

Remove all visible debris (e.g., a croissant flake or blob of peanut butter) from the lining and flip inside out so the lining is on the outside. Either pop into a laundry bag and chuck into the washing machine or wash by hand.
In a well-ventilated space, hang on a drying line open, so that both insides and outsides are exposed and dry well. You can also dry them in a dryer.
Please do not use fabric softener.
All other fabric items are machine washable and dryer dryable. Keep small items inside a washing bag. All items with metal parts can be spot cleaned with dilute laundry or dish washing soap. If you have specific questions, please send me a DM on Instagram.
Why should we avoid fabric softener? It forms a film around fabric fibres, making natural fibres less absorbent.
